Velasquez Concrete did a phenomenal job converting my crawl space into a basement for my shop and storage. Sam gave the best quote and the crew did exceptional work digging out the rest of the basement. I tried doing this on my own but after a few weeks of digging said this was time for professionals. They follow the structural engineers plans and removed columns, replaced with lvls and built the retaining walls and footers per engineering specification. They are family-owned business and they treated me like family and took very good care of my project. I could not be any happier with them and highly recommend them to anyone who needs concrete work.

Great experience working with the Velasquez team. After the last company we hired dropped the ball they came in within a week and was able to do a full install of a back patio and driveway extension + walkway and did a great job.
